Who am I?

I am Magalie AUGER, the certified professional coach for CEOs, HR Directors, and Managers who want to Live Better at Work.

Since 2009, I have been helping HR managers and top managers, who have management and transformation challenges, to improve their performance, without sacrificing their values, their health, or their family.

I draw on 20 years of professional experience as HR Director and CEO in large organizations, but also on my triple training:

  • in management at NEOMA (7th largest school in France)

  • in Human Resources at IGS (1st HRD training course in France)

  • in individual and group coaching

At 46 years old, I have 20 years of experience as a Manager, HR Director and CEO.

What problems are you looking to solve with FRANCE COACHING?

1st observation: In France, 80% of employees suffer at work, 34% are burnt out (nearly 3 million) including 43% of managers*

Furthermore, almost half of employees believe that their company does not take sufficient account of psychological distress at work.

Burnout has become an increasingly worrying issue.
